Switching to Sprint

You used the Wireless Butler app and found a great deal on service from Sprint! Your current carrier has been overcharging you, and you’re ready to save big and switch–here’s how:

You’ll need to have several pieces of information:

Your bill, which will answer most of Sprint’s questions.Your pin or account password for your current carrier.Your device(s).Your Social Security Number.

To switch from your carrier and activate new service from Sprint online, click here.

To activate new service over the phone, contact Sprint at 1-866-275-1411.

If headed to a Sprint store:

Also bring: a Photo ID, a Credit Card in your name, and your device(s). Sprint might buy devices from you, and you’ll need them to keep your number.

Make sure you back up your devices before you go to the store.

Once you’ve switched:

Don’t forget to cancel or you can become a zombie line and your carrier will continue to bill you!
